Growing up I have never managed to keep my weight consistently healthy. Sophie understood the mental complexities of my issues around food, along with the complexities of managing a diagnosis of PCOS. Sophie provided judgement free holistic diet advice, that has helped me understand the knock on affects of my daily habits for someone like me. I now no longer fear unsatisfiable sugar cravings and binges because the desire for sugar is no longer there like it was. After a few months of her guiding be through simple adjustments I feel a lot more in control of my body, and when I slip up, I know why, and how to fix it.
