We’ll take a holistic approach and look at your whole lifestyle, not just diet, to figure out what is going to work for you.

We’ll also look at what’s getting in the way to help you break down the barriers that you’re experiencing; whether that’s lack of inspiration, busy lifestyle, stressful job or difficult emotions.

If you’re looking for someone to hand you a meal plan and tell you what to eat every day, we’re not the clinic for you.

Our ethos is to support, educate and empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to make the long-lasting change that you crave.

Instead of a meal plan, you’ll leave each session with a set of specific, achievable goals that are tailored to you, based on the dietary guidelines that we discuss during our sessions.

We’ll discuss what you’ve tried in the past, what has worked well and what doesn’t work for you. If our sessions are the first thing you’ve tried, then great, we’ll discuss approaches together and find one which works for you.

Please note: we don’t offer a meal planning service. Instead, our approach is centered around long-term dietary and lifestyle changes.
